Meet the Experts
FinestExpert.com is the brainchild of real estate investors Bogdan Cirlig, Dr. Robert
Boyer and Anne-marie Boyer of California.
Bogdan Cirlig, M.S., founder and CEO of FinestExpert.com, and comes to the position
with an extensive background in high-tech startups and software architecture. As
co-founder of Zilpy.com, Bogdan developed a broad expertise in the needs and demands
of real estate investors, building on that expertise to create FinestExpert.com.
In addition to his experience with Zilpy.com, he was instrumental in the creation
of several other implementations for the web, including GoldenClick.com and FindPetCare.com.
Bogdan also brings a wealth of expertise from architecting high transaction online
ecommerce platforms that serve thousands of requests per second for Advertising.com.

With a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Dr. Boyer co-founded FinestExpert.com and is primarily
responsible for the product development and marketing strategy. He devised the first-ever
of its kind, proprietary formula for the FE-Score to rate properties for their investment
potential. Prior to FinestExpert.com, Dr. Boyer worked for nearly 20 years in the
defense and aerospace industries. Since retiring from those fields, Dr. Boyer has
devoted himself personal investing and creating FinestExpert.com. He is a frequent
contributor to both print and electronic media on subjects relating to real estate
analysis and investing.

Anne-marie Boyer has spent over two decades in the real estate mortgage and brokerage
business, having personally transacted nearly $100 million of real estate on behalf
of homebuyers and investors. Her current focus is on the foreclosure/REO environment.
She is committed to bringing the power of FinestExpert.com to the investor market,
relieving the individual of tedium of number crunching and letting them focus on
finding and negotiating the best investment opportunities, wherever they may be.
Anne-marie Boyer serves on FinestExpert.com's Board of Advisors.
